Kick-off ReGap

Kick-off for the ReGap project took place at the Lumsa University in Rome, 15th to 16th of November 2017. Participants from all partners, with representatives from the Advisory board, had two interesting days planning the two years of collaboration with ReGap together.  

Each country gave an overview of the current situation in their country with refugees and migrants. Discussions were held, regarding the needs of information among our target groups, as well as attempting to describe the target group itself. Key areas in the project were presented, such as how we can benefit from visual media and digital storytelling in our courses. As well as excellent, informative presentations on cultural sensitivity, gender sensitivity and social inclusion. The administrative side of the project, was of course, also addressed.

There was also set aside time for a short, but delightful, guided tour of Rome with our Italian partners in the project as guides. Followed by an exquisite meal in nice surrounding.

Two very efficient days in Rome, has mapped out the path ahead for a very exciting project.
